Information you share
The consultation inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, date and place of birth, and optionally your birth time, consultation topic, and message. The feedback form asks for a star rating and message; your name is optional.
Please share only information you are comfortable providing.
Why we ask for it
Contact details are used to respond to your inquiry. Birth details are used only to understand whether a chart-based consultation can address your question and, if you proceed, to prepare for that session.
How information is handled
When you submit the form, the details are stored in the site's Supabase database and are available only to authenticated consultation team members.
Feedback is stored privately and available only to administrators for review. It appears on the homepage only if you opt in to public display and an administrator approves it. You may request removal using the contact options below.
They are not emailed or used for advertising. Gallery images are public because they are intended to appear on the website.
Retention and deletion
The site owner should keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and provide an agreed consultation, then delete them when no longer needed unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
The owner can remove an inquiry through the private dashboard or Supabase project. The site owner is responsible for configuring and following an appropriate retention period.
Choice and consent
Submitting the form is optional. The consent checkbox records your agreement to use the details for responding to your consultation inquiry.
Feedback submission is optional. Its consent checkbox records agreement to store the rating and message for private team review.
Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed.
